Our challenge last week was to use one of two provided textures. I used one for the pattern in the rug and the other for the pattern in the wallpaper. The image of a nearly monochromatic rug is from MorgueFile, and the pattern is from the Rijks Museum Woodlands poster shown below on the right. The wall texture is many repeats of the Walters Art Museum’s partial bas-relief of the Procession of the Kings; shown below on the left. The sofa and man are from AdobeStock, the stacks of books from PixelSquid, the camera is my photo of one of my cameras, the sky images are from Unsplash, and the lovely frames are from a now-defunct photography supply store called Albums Inc. Many companies like that provide digital frame samples so we photogs can show clients what our images would look like in frames on their walls :-)
One of these days, I’m going to remember to take screens shots to show all the steps from the beginning to the end of one of my composites, so I can do another time-lapse video. So far I only remember when I’m about half-way through.
Take care and stay well.
